Additional sleeping spaces include a curtained-off living area with a sofa bed and a privacy-curtained sunroom with a futon—perfect for extra family or friends. Two full bathrooms, a laundry area, and both a main kitchen upstairs and a mini kitchen on the first floor provide great flexibility for your stay.



Enjoy outdoor living on the screened porch and second-floor deck, and refresh after beach days in the outdoor shower. The community offers access to a marina, crabbing pier, jogging paths, tennis courts, bocce ball, and an outdoor pool (seasonal, opening mid-June), with 6 complimentary pool passes included.
